At Hermitage Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that we use our Pupil Premium funding effectively to ensure that children who may be disadvantaged, or belong to vulnerable groups, achieve in line with their peers.

Hermitage Primary School believes that physical education is a vital part of any child's development.  Please read our Action Plan to ensure we provide quality opportunities for each child to progress as they move through the school.

Hermitage Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, we expect all ourstaff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Our Designated Person for Child Protection is Mrs Turner (Headteacher) and our Deputy Designated Person for Child Protection is Mrs Cowan (Deputy Headteacher). Our Safeguarding Governor is Mrs Penny Wilson. 

PSHCE

PSHCE at Hermitage Primary School is a subject through which children develop the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to keep themselves healthy, safe and to prepare them for life and work in modern Britain.
